How often should my gutters be cleaned?

It is recommended to have gutters cleaned twice per year (Spring & Fall) to ensure they remain clear of debris. If your home is away from trees, you could do only once per year.

How do you remove moss from the roof?

We remove moss first by hand with brushes. Once removed, we treat the entire roof with an eco-friendly solution that guarantees no new regrowth for at least 2 years.

My property is outside your listed area, can you still come?

Yes! Depending on the scope of work required, we are happy to travel outside of our regular service areas. Contact us to see what options are available.

How does billing work?

We have a simple billing system which allows you to pay for services via e-transfer, credit, cash or cheque.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No! Our quotes are free, and have zero obligation. Once the work is scheduled, pricing is based on the job, and does not have a call out fee.

Can I keep the Holiday Lights you install?

Our system is based on a lease model. This not only reduces your upfront costs, but also ensures the lights are maintained and stored safely.
